How to maintain the electric drill tool? How to improve the service life of the electric drill?

Because the hand drill needs ventilation and heat dissipation, there is a lot of internal dust in long-term use. The dust will mix the lubricating oil on the gears and bearings (sliding sleeves), degenerate, absorb dry, and aggravate wear and tear, especially for alternative use. In order to ensure the rotation accuracy of the electric drill and reduce the excessive clearance caused by the wear of the bearing (sliding sleeve), it is extremely necessary to keep the interior clean and greased, because the electric drill is its own.
method
Loosen a few self-tapping screws or screws outside the drill.
Lay it flat and open half of the casings to see what's inside.
Generally, the structure of the new hand electric drill is semi-embedded, that is, all the mechanical and electrical components are installed in the other half of the shell.
Carefully remove the carbon brushes first
Take this end of the drill chuck
Then gently lift the motor to take out the rotor (do not bruise the enameled wire)
Wipe the commutator on the rotor (the one that is in contact with the carbon brush), if it is too dirty or severely worn, it can be polished with emery cloth and then polished with water sandpaper or metallographic sandpaper until it is bright
If the front and rear bearings of the rotor are sealed, the outside can be wiped clean. If the seal is broken, it should be replaced in time. Clean the helical pinion in front of the rotor
Wipe the oil inside the shell clean
Clean the helical gear and the bearings (or bushings) at both ends of the drill chuck rod
Reinstall the removed stuff, first install the rotor; then install the helical gear of the drill chuck rod; install the carbon brush, if the carbon brush is shorter than 7-8 mm, it should be replaced in time. The carbon brush should be installed and flattened
Finally, find a little "Mobil" or "Shell" grease and add it between the gear pair and the bearing (or bushing)
All parts must be installed and flattened and checked to be correct, then cover the other half, tighten the screws, and feel that there is no sticking when turning by hand, and then you can test the rotation after powering on.
It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the hand drill in a live state!
Those without basic knowledge of electrical appliances should not do it!
The life of the electric drill refers to the durability of the electric drill. If the durability of the electric drill is 0, it means that the electric drill can no longer be used. Each time the drill is used, its durability decreases. However, if you are not skilled in using an electric drill, and when digging in the ground, if it exceeds the area 2, the durability of the electric drill will be lost by 2 times. Also note that if the attributes of your own drill do not match the attributes of the ground, then the durability will be reduced even more.
